As a former Global Director of AvroKO and the Director of North America for 1508 London, Scott brings over two decades of experience in the creative industries across the Americas, Australia, Europe, Asia & the Middle East.
Scott’s clients have included brands such as Four Seasons, Six Senses, Rosewood, Marriott & Waldorf Astoria as well as industry leading developers such as Related Properties, Tishman Speyer, Extell, PMG & Brookfield.
ANDRÉS LAMOS
Andrés brings a deep understanding of luxury hospitality operations paired with imaginative design thinking, shaped by leading projects such as La Padrona at Raffles Boston, Pendry Mexico City, and the 1230 Club in Nashville.
With experience at AvroKO, Meyer Davis, and Pelli Clarke Pelli, he balances architectural rigor with narrative-driven design to craft bold guest experiences while strengthening design processes, ensuring design excellence is matched by efficiency and clarity.
CANDACE HICKMAN
Formerly Soho House & Co’s Design Director of the Americas, Candace Hickman has over seventeen years of experience in directing all aspects of hospitality and residential interior design.
Candace has delivered countless iconic members clubs, hotels & restaurants including Soho House Holloway West Hollywood, Mexico City, Sao Paulo, Little Beach House Malibu & Soho Houses in New York’s Meatpacking & Dumbo neighborhoods.
NICOLE CAMPION
As former Design Director for Auberge Collection and AvroKO, with 20 years of experience leading creative projects and directing design, Nicole brings deep luxury hospitality expertise from both the brand and firm side. A conceptual storyteller and strategic brand thinker, she creates layered, narrative-driven spaces for a range of hospitality projects.
Nicole’s high-profile portfolio includes Bowie House, Wildflower Farms, Stanly Ranch, The Inn at Mattei’s Tavern, Hotel Jerome, Madeline Hotel
& 1 Hotel Central Park.
CHRIS JOHNSON
Chris is a seasoned designer with over 20 years of experience in hospitality, specializing in food and beverage environments.
With a career spanning Australia, New York, London, Tokyo and Palm Beach with companies such as Union Square Hospitality & AvroKO, he is known for his attention to detail, integrating design with kitchen planning, operational strategies & project management.
